This seminar explores the nature of “Worldview,” the contours of the Christian Worldview, and the nature of truth. We will seek to answer the question: How does the Christian Worldview inform our understanding of truth and provide a corrective to the prevailing notions of truth in our culture?

If your school was one of those schools, or if you simply wish to brush up on your critical thinking skills, come join us in Belchertown for this 10 session course on the study of Logic. What is deductive and inductive logic? What are informal fallacies? Together we will study these elements of logic, focusing primarily on the elementary level of symbolic logic called propositional logic. We will also consider the relationship of Christian Faith to questions of logic, knowledge, and worldview thinking.

All are welcome (best for junior high school and older)

Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions. This course is not for credit, however it would be to your credit to treat it as such and engage merrily in the wonderful world of Logic!
